The Falls Theatre At ACT tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a cool spot in Seattle to catch some live theater or film? The Falls Theatre at ACT is just that place. It’s got history, character, and a vibe that makes you feel like you’re part of something special. This venue first made waves back in 2019 when it hosted the Seattle youth cinema event, showcasing international kids' films that had everyone talking. The stage itself is pretty spacious, about 12 meters wide, which means big productions or elaborate sets are no problem. Fun fact: the theatre was also the site of the local premiere of the musical drama Carmen in 2004, and that show got some serious praise. Later on, in the mid-2010s, it hosted the regional screening of the documentary Hidden Seattle, which critics hailed as a must-watch. Accessibility is a big deal here too, there are wheelchair ramps and designated seating, so everyone can enjoy the shows. The lobby is pretty cozy, featuring vintage photos that tell the theatre’s story. If you're navigating around campus, just follow the signs to the main academic area or look for the big wooden sign near the main entrance pointing you to the theatre. So whether you're a theater buff or just looking for a fun night out, The Falls Theatre has got you covered, good shows, good vibes, and a spot that feels like it’s been part of Seattle forever.
